Once an order has entered the programming or production stage, it cannot be modified or cancelled. DropIn is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, nor are we liable for issues arising from third-party platforms linked through the NFC product. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DropIn processes and ships orders within the estimated timelines displayed on the website; however, all delivery timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, logistical issues, or other factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any claim for damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence. Upon verification, DropIn may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for incorrect links submitted by the customer, compatibility issues related to unsupported devices, or changes of mind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
